• Printed books
• Handmade items (e.g. embroidered goods and jewellery)

We do not sell digital downloads at this time.

Product descriptions, photography, and handmade variation

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images. Handmade items may vary in colour, stitching, pattern placement, finish, and small measurements. This is normal.

Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in GBP (£).

• Printed books are usually zero-rated for VAT.
• Other goods may be subject to VAT if applicable.

Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store full card details.

Placing an order

You will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we accept your order and take payment or dispatch goods.

We may refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Availability

Some items are limited. If unavailable, we will refund you.

Delivery

• UK delivery only
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 service
• Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch

Delivery fees (per order)

• Single item: £3.49
• Small orders (up to 2kg): £5.49
• Large orders (over 2kg): £8.99

We aim to dispatch within 10 working days.

Collection

Collection is by arrangement at our Edgware address, weekdays 10:00am–4:30pm.

Returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods and 14 days to return them.

Items must be unused and in reasonable condition.

Personalised items may not be returnable unless faulty.

Product safety

Some items may not be suitable for children. Check product details.

Materials are listed where known.

6) Donations

Donations are voluntary and normally non-refundable. If made in error, contact us within 14 days.
