4) Product Descriptions, Photography, and Handmade Variation
We aim to provide clear and accurate product descriptions and photographs.
Handmade items can vary slightly in colour, stitching, pattern placement, finish, and small measurements. This is normal. Each item is made by hand and may not be identical to the photos shown on the website.
Where measurements are provided, they are approximate unless we state otherwise.
Photos are provided for guidance. If you need exact details for any item, including materials, metal type, clasp type, or precise measurements, please contact us before ordering at shop@paiwand.com.
5) Prices and VAT
All prices are shown in GBP.
If our VAT position changes, we will update checkout and pricing information.
6) Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
7) Placing an Order
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order. A contract is formed when we accept your order and take payment, or when we dispatch the goods, depending on how the shop system processes the order.
You may request to cancel your order before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible at shop@paiwand.com.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasonable reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

Some handmade items are limited in stock. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment made for that item.

If you are a UK consumer buying online, you usually have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items should be returned unused and in reasonable condition. Personalised or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We will offer a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

If collection is offered, the collection address is 11 High Street, Edgware, London, HA8 7EE. Collection is by arrangement only during weekdays between 10:00am and 4:30pm.
